Beijing Green was a dream , The dream started in 2012 - I was given permission to host first Ceremony of Earth and Beijing Green on a Sunday morning. It was the first time i was given permission to use the Forbidden City. It had taken me 6 years to gain permission.
We we given permission to use the internal part of the building. The ceremony was opened by the Hon Ted Baillieu The Premier of Victoria. The Ceremony was attended by 400 invited guests and 200 public.
The Ceremony saw the opening of the Temple doors and a warm welcome from Orphans from Chengdu. The Ancient Bells rang and the Traditional Beijing Orchestra played. The Earth Ceremony was beautiful and very emotional and the launch of The Greens begun.
The LED sphere was in its first version and worked beautifully inside the temple. The Temple is a very sacred site and the Earth inside the Temple had very emotional reaction from many who attended.
