The reason Melbourne Green was held as a dinner party was to bring the community together to celebrate the beauty of Melbourne with celebration on a large scale. The Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust, The Victorian College of the Arts, The Army, The Police band all came together to make a special dinner. All the guests had a superb evening and they really enjoyed on a very cold Melbourne night on May 19th, 2015. The special guest. a true Melbourne Icon Ron Barassi, and the Arch Bishop of Melbourne came and said Grace. We tried to bring the whole community together. In celebration of the beautiful Melbourne Parks and gardens.
